Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the 248 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 248 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 248 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are fully responsible for ensuring they meet the age requirements and applicable legal conditions in their jurisdiction before using this service.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 248 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information provided at registration may result in account suspension or closure. 248 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. Please notify the 248 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
248 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals or activating any promotion. This is part of the platform's user protection and fraud prevention measures.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 248 platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the platform's payment systems.
- Sharing your account with, or allowing another person to use, your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about 248 to the public.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through this platform.
- Accessing the platform using a device or network identified as a source of fraudulent activity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, account balance freezing, and appropriate legal action taken against the user in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 248 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, Boost, and Touch 'n Go, making deposits and withdrawals convenient for Malaysian users.

Liability Limits & Account Policies
248 Liability Limits
248 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform's services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or events beyond the platform's control.
248's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the incident occurs.
Account Suspension and Closure
248 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from legal authorities, or discovery that false information was provided during registration. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 248 support team via email. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all checks are completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and other materials on the 248 platform are the exclusive property of 248 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 248.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
